Our project
The aim of the project is to develop a methodology for the automatic adaptation of administrative style texts in Lithuanian by transforming them into plain language texts. Plain language texts aim to increase the accessibility of various documents to the general public in terms of their readability and comprehensibility. The methodology that will be developed during the project will enable the development and improvement of innovative solutions for information retrieval, automatic text summarization, and, in the future, tools for the adaptation of texts for people with special needs, thus contributing to the increasing of their independence in daily life.
